Accounts Receivable Clerk

*_ We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk.
We will accept candidates available to work Monday-Friday, with a *7:00am start time*.
The job will be approximately 35-40 hours a week.
Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations using a *10 key calculator*, processing incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Responsibilities: Process accounts and incoming payments Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data Reconcile the accounts receivable to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Skills: Proven working experience in an accounts receivable position in an *office setting*.
Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures *Data entry skills* along with excellent math skills High degree of accuracy with *attention to detail* Communication and problem solving tools Ability to work as part of a team Computer skills used in operating Microsoft Word and email Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
