*POSITION SUMMARY*
To be a Warehouse Associate at Recovery Cleaners, you will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to lift and move heavy materials around the warehouse daily, and communication skills.
The team member in this role takes ownership of the logistics, cleanliness, and organization of warehouse operations.

*PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES*
* Daily use of hi-lo to move pallets, crates and vaults
* Ability to work a position that requires daily physical labor: lifting boxes, bags, hanging pieces, and rugs
* Assemble and manipulate wooden crates and vaults that are used to store items
* Pull customer jobs for cleaning and staging deliveries, verifying accurate counts
* Use computer skills to organize and document locations and inventory counts of all jobs in storage
* Receive and store supplies, monitoring supply levels
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse
* Assist with loading and unloading customer jobs
* Problem-solve to identify and resolve issues as they arise
* Other duties as assigned
*KEY COMPETENCIES*
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this role, but are not necessarily all inclusive.
* Ability to think “big picture” while also having an eye for detail
* Strong computer skills to work with QR-coded storage system and maintain accurate records
* Solid follow-up, providing timely information to leadership
* Strong sense of initiative, requiring minimal supervision
* Ability to resolve issues quickly
*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*
* Minimum 3 years of hi-lo experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience with overseeing warehouse logistics
* Must have clean driving record with valid driver's license
* Experience with operating a scissor lift (preferred)
* Weekend availability
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
* Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting or walking
* Ability to lift 35 lbs or more
