The Successful Candidate Will: Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
Provide on-call emergency service.
Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
Deliver and pick-up chemicals.
Build rapport with decision makers.
Resolve customer concerns.
Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.

Competitive pay averaging $57,000-$62,000/year ($20/hr base plus commission and overtime pay).

Requirements: Have a valid driver’s license.
Be able to work in a fast paced, physical position.
Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
Be able to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm with occasional overtime (43-48 hours/week average) Be able to work on call after hours rotation of 4-6 days per month.
