Tow Truck Driver

```Duties``` - Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment and techniques - Safely secure vehicles on the tow truck to prevent damage during transportation - Perform basic automotive diagnostics to assess the condition of vehicles - Provide roadside assistance services such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout assistance - Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the tow truck - Maintain accurate records of each tow, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any additional services provided ```Experience``` - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role - Proficient in operating a flatbed tow truck and manual transmission vehicles - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair - Ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism and diplomacy - Familiarity with using forklifts for loading and unloading vehicles is a plus Note: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position.
