Truck Driver
Duties:
- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tankers
- Load and unload cargo or materials using appropriate equipment
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
- Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately and on time
Skills:
- Experience as a delivery driver or commercial driver is preferred
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as roll-off trucks, dump trucks, and tankers
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with tractor-trailers and their operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
