We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Medical Transport Driver to join our Osteopractic Physical Therapy clinic.
As a Medical Transport Driver, you will play a vital role in assisting patients in their journey to recovery by providing safe and comfortable transportation to and from our clinic.

Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients to and from our physical therapy clinic, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.
Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure smooth coordination of patient transportation schedules.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients, providing reassurance and support as needed.
Maintain patient confidentiality and respect their privacy at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have during transportation.
Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, including infection control protocols and patient care guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards patient care.
Ability to lift and maneuver wheelchairs or assist patients with mobility devices when necessary.
Familiarity with local streets, routes, and traffic patterns is a plus.
Basic computer skills for digital scheduling and communication purposes.
