Snow Removal - Plow Drivers

Our company is currently seeking a qualified individual of strong character to join our growing team! *The Opportunity:*The Plow Driver/Salter reports directly to the Area Manager and is responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency of SIM services.
Key responsibilities include operating a snowplow and salting equipment to clear and de-ice parking lots, and other designated areas.
This position requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

*What We Value:* ① One Team ② Service Heart ③ Accountability ④ GRIT ⑤ Innovation *Your Day to Day:* * Operate snowplow truck and salting equipment to clear and de-ice parking lots and other designated areas * Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal and salting services * Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing and salting activities accordingly * Keep accurate records of work performed * Collaborate with SIM Area Manager to coordinate snow removal efforts * Maintain a strong commitment to safety and follow all safety guidelines and protocols *Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills) – Must Haves:* * Valid Driver’s License * Previous experience operating snowplow trucks and salting equipment; 2 years preferred * Knowledge of safe snow removal and salting techniques * Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Physical ability to perform the job, including lifting and shoveling snow when necessary * Clean driving record and commitment to safety.
