ReAction Tree is seeking a Driver & Grounds Worker to join our Tree Care team.
Landscape or tree trimming experience is preferred but not required.
A valid driver’s license with CDL-A endorsement is required as the position will be driving a truck with a trailer.
ReAction Tree is looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, values safety, and enjoys working outdoors.
If you have no experience but have a CDL-A and enjoy working outdoors, this position could be for you.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
· Cutting, chipping, and loading logs, brush, and limbs
· Driving a truck with a trailer
· Operating a chainsaw, chipper, handsaw, pole saw and Avant in a safe manner
· Working with the crew to complete tree care and landscaping jobs
· Assisting with equipment maintenance

*Job Requirements:*
· Valid driver’s license with CDL-A endorsement required
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Hard working, reliable, honest, and able to report for work regularly and punctually
· Neat, clean, and professional appearance
· Must have, or be able to obtain, a medical card and pass a pre-employment drug screen
· Prior experience in Tree Trimming or Landscape is preferred but not required.
*Physical Demands:*
· Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
· Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
· Performing repetitive movements throughout the day
· Able to work effectively in an outdoor environment, including exposure to heat/cold and a variety of weather conditions
