CDL Secure Transport Driver

*CDL DRIVER | WARREN, MICHIGAN* *Requirements:* * *Must have a valid CDL-B License* * *Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Med Card)* *MUST BE 21+ OF AGE* *PER CRA GUIDELINES WHILE EMPLOYED AT A SECURE TRANSPORT BUSINESS YOU CAN NOT BE EMPLOYED AT ANOTHER LICENSED CANNABIS FACILITY.
* Secure Transportation Driver - This position provides essential transportation of medical and recreational cannabis & THC products throughout intrastate Michigan.
You are responsible for not only handling the product but also the cash & ensuring it's timely and safe delivery to our clientele.
There is a large amount of compliance associated with the recreational cannabis market.
You must be very detail-oriented - attention to detail is a MUST! You'll be equipped with a designated route guide/manifest and you must stick to this at all times.
Pre-Employment Background Check & DOT Drug Screening is required for this position.
\*\*\*Cannot be an MMMP Caregiver in the State of Michigan\*\*\* Requirements: -Concealed Pistol License Required -Attention to detail & the ability to interface with customers -Professional, Clean Cut Appearance -Clean Driving Record -Clean Criminal Record -Ability to be flexible -Excellent organizational skills -Military/Law Enforcement Background is a plus (but not required) -Some security experience -Ability to drive for extended periods of time -Safely operates vehicles in a variety of traffic, road, weather, and daylight conditions.
-Maintains positive, friendly, and professional communications with customers, co-workers, and management whether in person, by phone, in writing, and/or through computerized and other electronic means.
-Uses handheld electronic devices to scan and track currency shipments and determine vehicle routes.
-Completes documentation and updates.
* Maintains the vehicle, equipment, and the facility in clean and operational readiness condition.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Working knowledge of navigations tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps is essential.
* Must be able to lift to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
* Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity is of utmost important.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
