Swim Instructor

_*Troy Gym Swim School is seeking a new Director.
*_ 3 year old, full sized pool in Troy Gym's 4th building located at 1311 Maplelawn Dr.
Our director needs a lesser role (family reasons).
We have a couple dozen WSI's, life guards and managers.
We are in need of someone who will run all parts of the Swim School: staffing-hiring/inspiring, safety, admin, lesson plans, customers and more.

*Requirements:* * Previous experience in supervising and working with children * Previous experience in swimming and fitness teaching (certification is preferred) * Experience in management is preferred * Experience in scheduling and staffing * CPR & First Aid certified and Lifeguard certified - current/previous required (and willingness to renew within the first 3 months of starting) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.
