*Enrollment Specialist- Bilingual* - (22006409) \** *Job Summary: \*Responsible for enrolling eligible women into the BCCCP.
*Responsibilities:* * Answer all phone calls re: BCCCP enrollment.
* Identify and enroll eligible women into the BCCCP.
* Facilitate scheduling appointments and Fax Authorization Forms to clinics.
* Assemble and mail enrollment letters to patients.
* Enter Enrollments ointo MBCIS (State Database) and EDES *Qualifications:* * Applicant must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
* High school diploma required, some college preferred.
* Customer Service skills and experience required.
* Excellent telephone communication skills.
For Bilingual, must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
* Proficient in Word, Access, and Excel.
* Must have good organizational skills and can work well independently and as part of a team.
