As [Student] Library Assistant, you will be responsible for helping visitors locate and use the library offerings in a student success-first manner.
You will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for serving the next generation of business and technology leaders.
This position will be scheduled Monday - Thursday, 3:00PM-7:00PM.
Your Responsibilities Include: Serve as main point of contact at circulation desk when visitors enter the library Check in and out library materials Help library visitors locate needed materials Assist with use of electronic resources including, but not limited to: computers, printers, and copiers Other duties and special projects, as assigned Your Qualifications Include: Currently enrolled in a degree program at Walsh College Working knowledge of MS Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs At Walsh College, our team members are driven to consistently live the Walsh College mission – to provide a transformative business and technology education that combines theory, application, and professional experience to prepare graduates for successful careers, in a way consistent with our Values – Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Dedication.
