*Job Description* * To educate the student in preparation for the industry in both the theory and practical instruction * Candidate must hold a valid Michigan Cosmetology Instructors License *Responsible* * Follow School policies and procedures * Attend staff meetings * Classroom teaching * Student salon training area teaching * Preparation of lesson plans prior to class and the student salon area * Student coaching sessions * Monitor student attendance and grades – daily and weekly * Assist the front desk support staff * Assist with inventory * Assist with training new staff *Work Schedule* * Reports to the Operations Director or Lead Educator * Full time position – hourly Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.
