```Duties``` -Create an environment for each individual to learn and grow -Works in partnership with parents to promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
-Create a headstart curriculum for ages 4-5.
-Love and support each individual like your own.
-Help prepare each individual for transition to school.
-Improve the learning outcomes, living standards and as well as academic and professional success for the future and sanitize classroom supplies.
