We are looking for 1-2 Coaches to do some combination of Group Training, Personal Training, amidst a possibility for more.
_Fitness Trainer:_
Ensures the implementation of our core values and all workouts designed here at RAW Fitness, while ensuring the safety and success of our members through RAW Fit’s proper coaching techniques and philosophies in a fun and community focused approach.
*Core Responsibilities:*
* *Provide a high level coaching service to our clients*
* *Have an uplifting and team/client first attitude*
* Implement the RAW Fit Workouts that are pre-designed by the Program Design Coaches
* Manage a group of up to 24 people
* Ensuring the safety of the class participants
* Willingness to make modifications of exercises for those in need
* Ability to motivate and inspire a group of individuals in a positive and energetic way
* Attend occasional weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings (not required for every week meeting)
* Meet with General Manager on consistent basis
*Additional requirements:*
* Arrive 15 minutes before every session
* Get all equipment and necessary equipment set up ahead of time
* Utilize all RAW Fit terminology, and processes for running a session
* Follow cleaning and organizing protocols after all sessions with potential deep cleans up to 2x per month
* Attend mandatory meetings (some as a team and others 1:1)
* Attend skill development and workout overview meetings
* Willingness to be a team player and attend RAW Fitness community events such as parties, pop up workouts,
* Willingness to help Manager with conversations, personal touches and social media help/posting .
*Qualifications*:
* Active CPR License
* Active accredited Personal Training Certification OR 4 year degree related to exercise science:
* Preferred: 1 year minimum training experience
* Preferred: 1 year customer service experience
* High school or equivalent
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Must have a flexible schedule to do some mornings and some evenings
* Must be open minded, approachable, and keep a positive attitude that is customer and team focused
