Job Summary
As a Mad Scientist, you will lead students through an inquiry-based discovery method involving instructor demonstrations, hands-on activities, and amazing take-home projects that will illustrate how science affects the world around us.
Mad Science is the world’s leading provider of fun science programs for elementary-aged children.
Responsibilities
Facilitating a one-hour workshop, or multi-hour/multi-day camp using a pre-set curriculum!
Each session is high-energy.
It’s part entertainment, part education, through a hands-on class or camp!
Enjoy teaching children the fascinating wonders of science!
Qualifications
Some experience working with groups of elementary age (5-12) children (such as CCD instructor or camp counselor).
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
A reliable car and valid driver’s license.
Fun and outgoing personality!
Complete a background check.
Compensation: $18.
