C2Pipeline Site Coordinator
Wayne State University is searching for an experienced C2Pipeline Site Coordinator at its Detroit campus location.

Essential functions (job duties):
Responsible for implementing school age educational activities at an assigned location that are outlined in the 21st CCLC grant.
Coordinate activities that include academic learning experiences, field trips and site-based liaison among program staff, school staff, community partners, students and parents.
Essential Duties
Maintain efficient and safe learning environment for a quality educationally focused after school program.
Set-up, open and close daily after school program site; prepare daily snacks/dinner as required.
Meet CACFP paperwork requirements and deadlines set by provider (if applicable).
Coordinate activities with program teaching staff and act as liaison to regular school staff.
Meet with teaching staff of C2 Pipeline attending students to improve their grades and classroom behaviors.
Document each meeting in database (EzReports) for each student attending C2 Pipeline.
Document and maintain daily attendance, homework activity and other personnel and student records, as necessary to meet state and federal database management requirements and deadlines.
Coordinate activity flow, time and facility management.
Assist with teaching activities; develop activities that support the grant objectives and goals.
Participate in curriculum development and integration.
Assist with the application of STEM curriculum components.
Interact effectively and professionally with students, parents, staff, community partners and WSU personnel on a daily basis.
Supervise and evaluate Assistant Site Coordinators, Group Leaders, Activity Facilitators, Volunteers and Interns following WSU, College of Nursing, C2 Pipeline policies and evaluate all point-of-service staff.
Ensure assigned staff, volunteers and partners are compliant with LARA and WSU guidelines.
Maintain approved posted office hours.
Ensure site is in compliance with Out-of-School Time Standards and Michigan Department of Education’s on-site review monitoring expectations Department of Health and Human Services Daycare Licensing Guidelines, Center for Youth Program Quality, -Youth Program Quality Assessment (YPQA) as well as any collaborated compliance negotiated with the local host school district.
Participate in all on-site and off-site evaluations as assigned.
Meet professional development deadlines, as required by LARA and Michigan Department of Education.
Check e-mails at least three times a day and respond to any received e-mails the day you receive them.
Call on student absence when attending C2 Pipeline student is absent for two consecutive days.
Document the call on the students record in the database (EzReports).
Perform related departmental duties as required.
