We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI or remotely!
The Instructional Designer’s purpose is to create impactful, engaging, and creative training content that meets the needs of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Work with the product team when new products/features are being developed or improved that require training materials to be created or updated
Plan, develop, and implement learning projects from infancy to completion
Assess the needs of learners, develop creative and effective content to target those needs, and determine best delivery methods which could include written documentation, video, and/or live demonstration
Create public user documentation and developer facing documentation throughout the application development life cycle
Track and manage project efforts, including reviewing and editing, updating new and existing platform-based documentation to validate for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and overall quality
Work with Leadership; taking direction from multiple sources and compiling data that meets all requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
3-7 years' experience as Instructional Designer or similar role creating user guides, online help systems, reference material, and other forms of user assistance content for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in documenting enterprise analytics software solutions
Strong working knowledge of documentation tools
Strong familiarity with SaaS, cloud services and distributed systems
Ability to transform dry technical topics into engaging, informative, and interesting educational materials
Experience using OKRs to drive product outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required if experience and skills are relevant
