*Daily Responsibilities As An Entry Level Enrollment Representative:*
* Educate and qualify consumers on the fundamentals of our services, products, and packages
* Effectively great and enroll members to appropriate plans based on member's needs and eligibility
* Seamlessly navigate difficult conversations with customers and demonstrate empathy and discretion around confidential information
* Meet the performance goals established for the Entry Level Enrollment Representative team in the following areas: effectiveness, efficiency, consumer satisfaction, and conflict resolution
* Must attend meetings and training to remain current on all communicated changes in process and policies/guidelines
* Maximize the use of community services, support programs, and resources available to customers
* Propensity to quickly build rapport and respond to customers with courteousness and a sense of urgency
*Qualifications For Our Entry-Level Enrollment Representative Position:*
* High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, i.

* Must be able to report on-site first day of training and have reliable transportation
