Physical Education Teacher

GPS Solutions is seeking a Full-time Physical Education Teacher to join our team at Faxon Academy for the 2023-24 school year! Position Summary: The Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for assuring all students are engaged in learning that maintains rigor and relevance in accordance with state of Michigan’s requirements and objectives and meets district and school-wide curriculum goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Classroom Management Instructional Process Curriculum Development Student Evaluation Community Relations Qualifications/Education: A minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited university or college.
Preferred: A bachelor's/master’s degree in physical education, health education, kinesiology or related field Must possess and provide evidence of State of Michigan Teaching Certification.
