Vintage Pioneer SX-780 Stereo Receiver - $485 (Wyandotte)

Pioneer SX-780 receiver.
45 watts per channel.
Dual illuminated power meters.
Phono, Aux, and two tape monitor inputs.
A and B speaker inputs.
Bass, treble, and low filter controls.
Onboard speaker protection relay circuit.
The cabinet, knobs, and faceplate are all in beautiful original condition.
This is a well cared for receiver and it shows.
I would easily rate this 9 out of 10 condition.
Everything works perfectly on this receiver.
All lamps working.
AM/FM tuner works great.
Strong FM stereo signal even in my basement.
All of the controls have been cleaned and lubricated properly.
The amplifiers DC offset has been carefully adjusted per the original Pioneer service manual.
Any questionable solder joints have been reflowed with fresh solder, including the voltage regulator transistors which tend to run hot and degrade their solder joints over the years.
These are very nice sounding units with great vintage looks.
This unit is ready to take home and enjoy today.
