Trade & Construction Bookkeeping Services Offered

Are you a busy trade or contractor that doesn't have time to keep up with billing clients or entering invoices? I can help you with that! My name is Amy and I have over a decade of experience in the accounting construction industry.
I have had roles ranging from AP Specialist, Accounting Manager, Financial Controller and VP of Finance.
My skills include: -Billing clients for job hours -Billing contracts for progress billing or construction draws -Following up on past due invoices -Entering bills -Coding and costing to the correct ledgers -Cashflow forecasting -Bank and credit card reconciling I have experience in several accounting programs such as Quickbooks, Sage Contractor, Peachtree and Xero.
I am extremely skilled in tech and can use Excel and all other applications well.
Note - I do not have a CPA and I will not help consult or file taxes.
I am offering bookkeeping services.
Billing Structure: -Initial setup and planning meeting: $300 -Hourly rate for weekly bookkeeping: $30 per hour Ideally looking for trades that need no more than a few hours a week of upkeep to keep operations running smoothly.
