Lost pet (Detroit near belle isle)

My shih tzu (white and tan) is missing.
She went missing yesterday 4/23/24 around 3-3:30PM.
She was in her own backyard I think someone took her as she usually never goes far.
Please help if you see her out.
She’s an indoor dog, she is very afraid of other animals but a people lover.
I’ve attached a picture of her.
I am also giving a reward for her if found!
