Black and white puppy resembles a pit bull mix (Mount clemens/ Robertson street)

On Friday I was driving down Robertson, around 5 pm, and found a puppy walking down the middle of the road, he is black with white on his pawas and chest, I estimate 16 weeks or so old, when I found it, it recently had a bath, smelled like shampoo and was a little damp still.

I have not seen signs up yet or anyone out looking the day I found it.
