This is a design by Chesapeake Light Craft called West River 16-2.

It is constructed with mahogany marine plywood and fiber-glass/epoxied inside and out.
It has two interior bullheads.
It has a simple foam seat but a better seat could be installed.
The kayak is very fast and easy to paddle.
The rudder helps with steering in windy weather, but it's not usually needed when it's calm.
