Maintenance Technician

```Duties``` - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Weld and fabricate parts as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility ```Qualifications``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers - Ability to supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians - Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Customer service-oriented mindset Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
