Employed 43 year old SWM seeks private room to rent (Livonia/Redford/Farmington)

I’m a 43 year old responsible and respectful SWM seeking to rent a room in a home/apartment in the Livonia/North Redford/Farmington area as I work in north Livonia area.
Looking for a clean and quiet place without and drama, drugs or alcohol use.
I do smoke cigarettes but always go outside to do so.
I generally stick to myself and rarely have visitors.
I do need Wi-Fi, washer and dryer along with shared kitchen and bathroom space.
I do work a lot in the summer so hardly ever there other than to eat and sleep.
Winter time I have a little more freedom and time off unless it’s snowing.
I’m also willing to help out around the house (cut grass/shovel snow/repair simple things/clean/etc) to help each other out.
