Looking For Housing (Detroit)

I have a female friend who is 57 years old.
She’s currently staying with me but she needs a place of her own.
It can be a two family flat with her own side, or even a small apartment.
She receives disability so she has to stay on a budget to be able to afford other expenses as well.
She is very quiet and pretty much stays to herself.
I will constantly be checking in on her to make sure she’s fine.
