Roommate Space:
- Bedrooms: The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
- Available Room: Furnished bedroom with a bed and a mattress for the roommate.
- Bathroom: The roommate will have access to the full bathroom on the second floor.
- Future Plans: Initially seeking one roommate, with the potential to add more over time.
Ideally, the roommate could assist in Airbnb-ing the other rooms, offering the opportunity to earn extra income.
Shared Spaces:
- Amenities: Kitchen, dining room, living room, and a spacious deck on the second floor.
- Laundry: Washer and dryer in the basement, shared with others on the second floor.
Rent and Utilities:
- Rent: $500 per month.
- Utilities: Not included in the rent.
