Hello! I’m a homeowner looking for a renter to share my charming historic house near Detroit’s Boston Edison neighborhood.
The room is furnished with a double bed, dresser and built-in closet, PLUS includes a private outdoor deck.
You’d be sharing a bathroom with me and potentially one other housemate.
The home features a fully furnished living room, sunroom, dining room, kitchen, back deck and spacious front porch.
Laundry is available in the basement.
Street-parking is available and shouldn’t be a problem.
The house is located half-way between Woodward Avenue and The Lodge (M-10).
It’s about 5 minutes from both New Center and Midtown and less than 10 minutes from downtown via car.
My neighbors are wonderful as is the larger Boston Edison community nearby.

Lifestyle: Recreational drugs, smoking/vaping and excessive drinking are not welcome in my home.
The ideal roommate is a 30 or 40-something professional or graduate student who shares a relatively quiet lifestyle, is not too messy, shares moderate/left-leaning political beliefs and is a generally courteous person.

My passions are theater and travel, I also enjoy board games, reading and singing and dancing.
