$350 / 2br - BDRM apartment (warren)

hello i just moved into in a 2bdrm apartment in Jan Warren, OH near the hospital.
i am renting out the second room.
shared bathroom and common areas.
move in would be 500 that covers rent for first 2 months (everything included but food) monthly rent is 350 without food 450 with food meaning Id be buying household groceries for us both (i am vegan) (wifi, tv and electric is included w rent price) no cigarette smoking inside the home (it leaves too much of a smell) I am a masculine female.
i am very clean and organized.
I work 7 days a week mostly so I am barely home.
I have a puppy.
I will allow a small dog theres a $50 pet fee for the property and it has to be house trained (I am also a dog trainer I own my own business) Only "rule" I have is plz be clean/hygienic and do not touch/steal anything.
idc about your background or what u do for a living as long as rent is paid on time and you respect my space and home theres no issues.
also no drama and no couples (no offense to couples but I dont want to be in the middle of any arguments or domestic situations) any other questions or if interested lmk.
aged 20-60 bedroom is NOT furnished but it has a tv and a rug.
