- Greet and assist clients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, adjustments, and cancellations using our state-of-the-art scheduling system.
- Advise clients on our products and services, personalizing recommendations to enhance their experience and achieve sales goals.
- Handle transactions and maintain the security of financial information.
- Keep the reception and waiting areas tidy and welcoming.
- Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support administrative tasks, including client record-keeping and communications.
- Play a key role in organizing and executing our quarterly non-profit events and the annual spa retreat, offering creative ideas and logistical support.
- Participate in professional development opportunities tailored to enhance your skills and knowledge in the beauty and wellness sector.
