HueVine is on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Licensed Esthetician to enhance our team of beauty and wellness experts.
We are seeking an individual deeply knowledgeable in skincare and enthusiastic about guiding clients toward achieving their beauty aspirations.
At HueVine, you'll provide a variety of skincare treatments, offer personalized skincare consultations, and suggest products from our select range that meet our clients' unique needs.
This position is ideal for those who are not only skilled in delivering high-quality skincare services but are also adept at customer interactions and motivated to achieve product sales goals.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough skin assessments to pinpoint client needs and suggest suitable treatments and products.
* Administer a spectrum of skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced procedures, adhering to the highest standards of safety and care.
* Stay informed on the latest skincare trends and advancements to offer our clients cutting-edge treatments.
* Forge and nurture lasting relationships with clients, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages loyalty to HueVine.
* Achieve and surpass sales objectives by effectively promoting our skincare products to complement client treatment plans.
* Educate clients on product benefits and application methods to support their skincare goals.
* Keep meticulous records of client services and product recommendations.
* Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of treatment areas and equipment.
* Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities to broaden expertise and knowledge of products.
*Qualifications:*
* Active Esthetician license in Michigan.
* At least 5 years of experience working as an Esthetician, with a preference for backgrounds in med spa or high-end spa environments.
* Demonstrated success in reaching or exceeding sales targets, particularly in the realm of skincare products.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating a positive and inviting experience for clients.
* In-depth understanding of skin biology, skincare products, and cosmetic ingredients.
* Proficient in a wide array of esthetic treatments and practices.
* Committed to customizing product and treatment recommendations to fit clients' individual needs.
* High standards of organization and cleanliness.
