*Position Overview:* The Beaute Loft is seeking charismatic, energetic, and people-centric individuals to join our team as Pop-Up Shop Hostesses.

Our Pop-Up Shop Hostesses play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers, showcasing our artisanal beauty products, and driving our mission of sustainable luxury.
*Key Responsibilities:* * *Event Setup and Breakdown:* Participate in the physical setup and breakdown of pop-up shop events, which includes some lifting and arranging of display items.
The pace of work can vary, requiring both quick action and periods of steady maintenance.
* *Customer Engagement:* Proactively engage with event attendees, inviting them to explore our products, fill out forms for a lip balm favor or free workshop, and sample fragrances.
Hostesses should be comfortable working the crowd to attract visitors to our table.
* *Sales and Promotion:* Utilize product knowledge and sales skills to sell products, inform customers about our sustainable practices, and encourage purchases.
Hostesses will be responsible for handling products, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
* *Communication:* Able to hold engaging conversations, provide product information, and answer customer queries with confidence and enthusiasm.
Hostesses should be adept at creating a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport with potential customers.
*Compensation and Benefits:* * Training wage of $13-$14 per hour, with an increase to $15-$17 per hour upon completion of training.
* Training will occur during actual event days, providing real-world experience and immediate application of skills.
* Opportunities for tips and commission at certain events, rewarding exceptional customer service and sales performance.
*Requirements:* * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and entertain.
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and people-centric, with a genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry.
* Ability to perform physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown.
* Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
A willingness to learn and adapt is key.
* Availability to work during event hours, which may include weekends and evenings.
