*Job Overview:* Curewell IV Haus is on the lookout for skilled and dedicated In-Clinic IV Technicians to provide exceptional IV therapy services within our clinic settings.
This role is ideal for healthcare professionals with experience and education in Medical Assisting, Nursing (LPN/RN), EMT, or Paramedic fields, who are passionate about enhancing client wellness through specialized IV treatments.
Our clinic offers a range of hydration, vitamin infusion, and wellness therapies in a comfortable and professional environment.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure that clients receive the highest standard of care and service.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Perform client consultations to assess their health status, discuss their wellness goals, and recommend appropriate IV therapy treatments.
* Prepare and administer IV infusions, ensuring each client's safety and comfort during their visit.
* Monitor clients throughout the treatment process and manage any adverse reactions with prompt and appropriate interventions.
* Maintain meticulous records of client visits, treatments administered, and any observations or incidents.
* Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols within the clinic, ensuring that all equipment is sterilized and the treatment area is clean and orderly.
* Engage in client education regarding the benefits and aftercare of IV therapy treatments.
* Collaborate with the clinic team to manage schedules, client flow, and inventory of supplies and medications.
* Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to stay updated on the latest IV therapy techniques and industry standards.
*Requirements:* * Education: Must have completed a recognized program in Medical Assisting, Nursing (LPN/RN), Emergency Medical Technology, or Paramedic Studies.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting, with direct experience in administering IVs strongly preferred.
* Certification/Licensure: Must hold current certification or licensure in their respective field (e.
g.
, CMA, LPN, RN, EMT, Paramedic).
* Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
* Other: Must be able to stand and move around for extended periods during shifts.
