This role is designed for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality IV therapy services directly to our clients at their convenience.
As a Mobile IV Technician, you will play a crucial role in offering personalized care in various settings, including homes, offices, athletic clubs, and special events.
The ideal candidates are those with a background as a Medical Assistant, LPN, RN, EMT, or Paramedic, looking to leverage their skills in a mobile and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel to client locations to provide IV therapy services, including hydration, vitamin infusions, and wellness treatments.
* Conduct client assessments, including health history and vital signs, to ensure safety and appropriateness of IV therapy.
* Prepare and administer IV treatments according to Curewell IV Haus protocols and client needs.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, following all regulatory and company guidelines.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction with our services.
* Manage inventory and supplies for mobile operations, ensuring all necessary equipment is stocked and in good condition.
* Document all client interactions, treatments provided, and any adverse reactions or incidents.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in IV therapy.
*Requirements:*
* Education: Completion of a program in Medical Assisting, Nursing (LPN/RN), Emergency Medical Technology, or Paramedic Studies.
* Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with direct experience in IV therapy highly preferred.
* Certifications: Appropriate certification or licensure in their field (e.
g.
, CMA, LPN, RN, EMT, Paramedic).
* Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on client service.
