Mattison grind and re-scraped table, saddle, and knee ways
The lube system has been replaced with new (lines, meter units, etc.
) to assure good oil flow to the ways
Gibs were cleaned, repaired, re-scraped, and adjusted
The saddle, table screws and nuts were replaced with new Ball screws and Nuts
Spindle head: Dismantled, cleaned, replaced all belts, bearings, bushings not to quality standard
