Jeffrey Automotive is searching for an experienced Express Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service while handing various duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting customers, and taking accurate service orders.

Responsibilities
• Greet customers and assist their service needs
• Schedule appointments and update customer records
• Verify customers orders/repair requests and document maintenance services
• Answer inquiries regarding automotive services and current promotions • Provide estimates for customers based on consultation • Educate customers on the services completed
• Inform customers about promotional discounts and incentives
• Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• At least 1 year of Automotive Express Service Advisor experienced preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Ability to multi-task
• Ability to interpret and handle confidential information
• Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
