Primary Purpose:
* Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance Program to Molding and Auxiliary Equipment for our company.
Essential Functions:
Must be able to work on 2nd shift.
* Complete assigned work orders on non PM Maintenance
* Complete assigned PM tasks
* Collect data from machines and auxiliary equipment repairs and establish a Predictive Maintenance Program
* Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on molding equipment
* Maintain auxiliary equipment such as dryers, loaders, hot runners, cooling towers, and grinders.
* Perform all documentation for respective area
* Perform duties instructed by your supervisor
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Hydraulic and Electrical training
* 2 years experience in a similar field or 1 year experience as apprentice
* Experience in automotive plastic injection molding manufacturing is a plus
Physical Requirements:
* Standing, lifting, bending, twisting.
